- Team Leadership experience helping drive projects to completion and interacting with stakeholders
- 3 years of overall professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer
- At least 3 years of working backend experience SQL and NoSQL (eg. MongoDB, PostGres, MySQL)
- Expert level HTML/JavaScript experience with comfort outside of the React ecosystem
- Expert level Node/React.js experience
- Good knowledge of popular NPM JS libraries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people in and outside of Mexico
